PANCAKES, DESKS, DUPLICATION, GIG NEWS AND SELF-PLEASURING CRAMP!

Well hello!

I trust you are well. We here at Papa J’s are. Such a rainy pancake day and i haven’t even got time for a pancake, how unfair is that! Might have to stop off at the local crepe shop on my way out tonight and get one YUM PANCAKE TIME.

As you heard from our last blog we have been rearranging the office and have built our own desks which fit in a lot better then the old one. it also means me and Keiron don’t have to sit dead next to each other there’s space to breathe  

The space as i said is excellent and well worth the splinters received through all the work.    (pictures are up on our flickr and home page for you all to see the work and the blood)

For those of you who didn’t tune into last Wednesdays Late Night Shed Shaker you missed our anouncement of  what we will be expanding into……that’s right we at Papa J’s will be expanding into CD Dupliction!!!!

That’s right we will be getting all of the equipment needed in the next couple of weeks and preparing for our launch on SATURDAY 20TH  MARCH 2010

Just though i would grab your attention with that bit. What it will mean is that we can take your master data and make lots of copies of them at a high professional level. To put it simply we will be able to produce mass copies of a disc and even have print on it, none of this label malarkey, we’re going straight on the disc. It doesn’t even have to be music we copy it can be anything.

Last night was as most of you know a Monday and that means Open Mic Night.

and with the music and fun on the Monday Open Mic at GJ’s ( board opens at 8pm ) picking up, will Mondays soon be the new party night to go out on? Last nights standards were high and we should have some videos of the night up soon. you even got to see the return of Cerebellum. Yup Cerebellum are back with, their new talented bass player, Dave Clifford

and if you want to see them again you can catch them at our next show at The Furzedown THIS SATURDAY 27TH FEBRUARY. Along with great bands like Crash and Burn, The Blockade and Stage Fright. This night starts at 9pm and Finishes late.

Tonight we are both off to Notting Hill to finish Keiron’s little run of gigs from Friday to tonight. Last night he played for Hannah White at the Bedford and tonight he is with John the Hat and Andy Bolan sporting a injured wrist since Thursday (i don’t want to know how he done it).

Well guys i’m on the guest list tonight so am expecting the VIP treatment but probably won’t even get a biscuit!
